What is PASS Ticket?
PASS Ticket is secured by a dynamic QR code
Accessible only via the Fnac Spectacles mobile app
If you purchased a ticket for someone else, the ticket can be transferred directly from your Fnac Spectacles mobile app.
If you have purchased multiple tickets (for yourself and your friend, for example), you can present both QR codes directly via your mobile app.
Comment transférer des QR codes ?
1. Have you purchased tickets for your others and want to send them their QR codes? It couldn’t be easier! Simply use the sharing option available on the ticket.
2. Your recipient will receive a link to accept the ticket. They must accept the ticket for the transfer to be validated.
3. As long as the transfer has not been validated, you can still cancel it.
4. Once the QR code has been shared, it will no longer be accessible in your app.
5. Depending on the organizer's preference, the ticket transfer feature may be disabled at the time of purchase. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you as soon as the transfer becomes available.
