D'origine algérienne et nubienne, Soha, de son nom de scène ("Et alors ?" en argot jamaïcain), conserve dans ses goûts musicaux le nomadisme qui caractérise la tribu sahraoui de ses parents.
Elle grandit à Marseille, et s'abreuve de musiques très variées dès l'enfance : soul, funk, mais aussi chansons à texte. Très vite, Soha s'impose au sein du milieu reggae français. Mais son premier album, "D'ici et d'ailleurs", fait résonner toutes les influences qui ont initié son goût pour la musique. Du jazz à la musique afro-cubaine, Soha chante un univers métissé.
Une grande classe alliée à une tessiture infiniment riche de compositions.
